The exceptional room price includes service, taxes and half board, which includes a lavishing Dinner buffet Tuesday night. Rooms are available for up to 6 people. (Same price as in double.) The regular room prices are for a standard suite.

Registration
deadline is the 9th of march 2020. Rooms cannot be guaranteed after this date due to the ongoing skiseason.
Hotel room Check-out
is by 2pm. If you like to use your room longer, please ask for it when you register. The costs are CHF 50.-–.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation, please notify our office and the hotel at the latest 3 days before arrival.
Cancellation terms Hotel Laaxerhof
• free until 30 days before arrival
• 29 until 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged
• 13 until 03 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount will be charged
• from 02 days before arrival, resp. non-arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged
No-shows without a cancellation will be charged the full rate.

Conference Fee
There is a conference fee due per person upon entrance to the meeting hall. Please see the Event Info Page.
Love Offering
We will be receiving a special love offering during the evening service to bless our guest speakers. Therefore we would kindly ask you to prepare in advance by bringing some financial gift.
